How To Break A World Record

In 1994 I broke the Guiness Book Of Records world record for sit-ups. 70,805 in 24 hours non-stop with no mechanical assistance.

Hi, I'm Kevin.

Why Did I Do It?

I had a vision to show my 3 sons as well as the troubled youth in my area that there is more to do in life than just wander around aimlessly, getting into trouble or, worse still, getting into drug and alcohol addiction.

How Did I Do It?

It was a gruelling 2-year training schedule which prepared me to break, first the Australian record, 39,000 in 15 hours, and then the world record. I worked up to 3,500 per hour during my training.
